There comes a moment when you realize that the women around you in your regular life, the ones who are doing well professionally, do not quite understand what you are trying to do. They care. They just have not asked the same question.
You have been wondering, quietly, whether there is a version of your work that is actually yours.
The Retreat is a room full of women who are wondering the same thing. You arrive not knowing them. By Friday morning, you have already had one real conversation with someone who understands exactly what you mean. The kind of conversation that only happens when ten women are in the same room, working on the same question, with nowhere to be for three days.
We work through the process together and individually. There are long sessions and long walks. There is good food, a ciubar, and silence when you need it. There are moments when someone in the room says exactly what you have been trying to say about yourself, and you realize you were not as alone in this as you thought.
By Sunday morning, you have your brand clearer than it has been in years. And something harder to define: a group of women who saw you do this work and who you can call on after.

The kind of clarity that comes from saying something out loud in a room where people actually understand it. And a group of women you will still be calling six months from now.
The setting
Conacul de pe Deal.
Near Câmpulung Muscel, in the foothills of the Carpathians, about two hours from Bucharest. A guesthouse we own. Heated indoor pool, sauna, ciubar (a traditional outdoor wooden soaking tub), a restaurant that serves real food done properly, mountain views.

Retreat dates are announced in advance. Once you apply, you'll receive all details by email. Payment confirms your spot, only if the date works for you.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. I'll send a payment link for the full amount once you confirm. Payment is due no later than two weeks before the retreat.
I review applications personally and reply within 3 business days. If it's a fit, you'll receive an invitation to book a 20-minute call.
How to apply

Because the retreat is limited to ten women, I read every application personally. Fill in the form below. If it's the right fit, I'll invite you to a 30-minute call to confirm the details and answer any questions.
What happens after you apply
Steps:
01 — You submit the application. I read it within 3 business days.
02 — If it's a fit, you'll receive an invitation to book a 20-minute call. We talk, confirm the dates, and you can ask anything you need to know.
03 — After the call, I'll send a deposit payment link via Stripe. Once the deposit is received, your spot is confirmed and the dates are set.
04 — Three weeks before the retreat, the remaining balance is due. You'll also receive a short pre-work form to complete beforehand.
05 — You arrive Thursday evening. We take it from there.
Questions
What you might be wondering.
Do I need to have done Soul Brand Studio first?
Soul Brand Studio is recommended, not required. Women who arrive with a foundation tend to go further faster. Those who arrive without one build it during the retreat. The application helps me understand where you are so I can design the retreat around what the group needs.
How do retreat dates get set?
I set the dates and announce them in advance. Once you apply, you'll receive all details by email. If the date works, you confirm and payment secures your spot.
What does the private 1:1 session on Saturday cover?
Your Brand OS. We use your Saturday session to map your specific positioning, your message, and your brand voice, grounded in everything that has come up in the group work on Thursday and Friday. You leave with a document, not just a conversation.
Is this a good fit if I'm more introverted?
Yes. I'm an introvert myself, so I designed the space with care. There is individual working time built into every day, and you speak when you have something to say. Whether you fill a room or need quiet to think, the retreat holds both.
What is the ciubar?
A traditional outdoor wooden soaking tub, filled with hot water, set in the open air at Conacul de pe Deal. Not part of the program, but a good reason to step outside between sessions.
What's the cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel with more than 30 days' notice, your spot can be transferred to a future retreat. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable and non-transferable.
How does payment work?
I'll send a payment link for the full amount once you confirm. Payment is due no later than two weeks before the retreat.
Three nights is enough to change what months of thinking alone hasn't.
