The work
Near Câmpulung Muscel, in the foothills of the Carpathians, about two hours from Bucharest. A guesthouse I co-own. Heated indoor pool, sauna, ciubar (a traditional outdoor wooden soaking tub), and a restaurant that serves real food made properly.

Dates are set by mutual agreement, based on availability on both sides. We confirm everything during the 20-minute call.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Full payment is due to confirm your dates.

The VIP Weekend is a significant investment of time and money for both of us. Before you book, we spend 20 minutes together to make sure it's the right fit.
What happens next
Steps:
01 — Book your 20-minute call using the link below. No forms, no prep needed.
02 — We talk. You tell me where you are and what you want to leave the weekend with. I'll ask a few questions. You'll leave the call knowing whether this is right.
03 — If it's a fit, I'll send you a payment link via Stripe for the full amount. Once payment is confirmed, your dates are set. You'll receive a short pre-work form to complete before we meet.
04 — You arrive Friday evening. We take it from there.
Availability is limited to a small number of VIP Weekends each season.

What you might be wondering.
Do I need to have done Soul Brand Studio first?
Soul Brand Studio is the recommended foundation. If you've done equivalent work elsewhere and have a clear sense of your positioning and audience, we can discuss whether 1:1 Implementation is the right fit on a short intro call.
How do we choose the dates?
Dates are set by mutual agreement during or after the 20-minute call. I run a small number of VIP Weekends each season, so early conversations give you the most options.
What exactly do we work on?
Your positioning, your message, your voice, your offer structure. We start wherever you're most stuck. Before you arrive, you'll complete a short intake form so I can prepare in advance.
What is a Brand OS?
One document that holds your complete brand foundation: your positioning, your audience, your message, your voice, your offer direction. The reference you come back to every time you need to write something, make a brand decision, or brief a designer.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the weekend are non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible with 7 days' notice, subject to availability.
How do I pay?
After our call, I'll send a payment link via Stripe for the full amount. Once payment is confirmed, your dates are set.
Two days is enough to change what months of thinking hasn't.
